Position: Senior/Administrative Pastor

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our ministries.
- Lead capital fundraising efforts to support ministry expansion.
- Provide administrative oversight to ensure the smooth operation of our church.
- Foster a supportive and spiritual environment for our congregation.
- Deliver well-prepared sermons and teachings during Sunday services and mid-week Bible studies, honoring the Lord.
- Collaborate with worship leaders to choose suitable hymns and songs for worship.
- Exhibit and guide effective methods to evangelize and bring people to salvation in Christ.
- Conduct the Lord’s Supper, baptisms, weddings, and funerals.
- Collaborate with key leadership to fulfill the church’s mission and purpose.
- Supervise paid staff directly and provide oversight and guidance to leaders in all ministry areas, from children to adults.
- Manage Christian education and the materials used for all age groups and classes.
- Handle all church discipline matters and conflict management within the church.
- Communicate with the congregation through various channels such as bulletins, announcements, worship services, special meetings, and digital media.
- Offer pastoral care and be available to cater to the congregation’s needs.
- Spend time socializing with congregants outside of service times to foster stronger relationships and connections.
- Uphold a healthy and vital personal relationship with the Lord through daily Bible study and prayer.
Qualifications:
The pastor must have a degree in Pastoral Ministries and Biblical Studies from an accepted college or seminary as well as a minimum 10 years of experience in Biblical teaching, associate pastor, youth pastor or other combination of experience and training,
with a minimum 5 of these years as a Senior Pastor, Strong administrative/Leadership skills is must for this position.
