Job Description
We are seeking someone to work alongside our senior pastor to help lead the church in fulfilling its vision. This position would provide vision and leadership to family and children's ministries, work alongside the senior pastor in planning and leading monthly outreach events and implementing outreach strategies, and lead in evangelsim and outreach efforts in local neighborhoods, HOAs, and community organizations. The actual job description and title is negotiable and will be shaped around the gifts and abilities of the individual. The compensation package will also be based on experience, education, and other important individual factors.
The ideal candidate would be young and able to interact with young families that are new to the church or within the surrounding communities. They would also have some experience in ministry in a church setting. This candidate should be a leader who is capable of both following the broader vision given by the leadership of the church and adept at casting vision for the ministry teams and areas they are given to lead. The ideal candidate would be ready to cast and implement a vision in our children's ministries to help build them for sustained growth and to insure they are properly discipling the children. The ideal candidate would be gifted in building relationships and in evangelism.
Qualifications
* A ministry degree from an accredited university or college that would allow the candidate to be licensed or ordained (if they are not already)
* Experience in professional ministry in a church setting
