Word of Life is the largest, fastest growing and most innovative Charismatic / Spirit filled / Word of Faith church in the Sand Springs, Oklahoma area. We are currently looking for a part-time compensated College & Career Director to grow with us into a Full-Time position.
If the thought of working with and leading students and career minded singles ages 18-28 makes you think "bring it on" rather than "bring me some aspirin", read on for more of the specifics:

You are...
• Experienced in developing adults and students to assume leadership roles
• Knowledgeable in student ministries with experience
• Able to relocate if necessary
• A whiz at communicating and relating to people; specifically young people
• Capable of understanding and excelling in centrally driven College & Career model
• Able to commit to the core values of Word of Life

You will be...
• In charge of building a College & Career ministry team within a new environment
• Recruiting, training and leading volunteers, youth leaders and student leaders
• Responsible for building and leading a purpose-driven, relational model of ministry
• Totally cool with jumping headfirst into a fast-paced, evolving ministry environment
• The force behind developing LifeGroups (small groups) within the College & Career program
• Overseeing weekly student worship experiences that may include a live band, multi-media and extensive technical components
