Visionary – not afraid of, but welcomes, change; willing to strive for excellence in all aspects of ministry
A strong, biblically-centric preacher, able to engage, challenge, and encourage spiritual growth in people
Not afraid to take a step of faith, must have strong leadership skills
Not afraid to preach Jesus in a culture that is often resistant to it
An individual of faith
Education:
Master’s Degree with a biblical/theological emphasis from a biblically conservative seminary or university
Experience:
Minimum of five years of ministry, Christian leadership experience
