Our Residential Group Home for abused and neglected teens ages 11-19 is seeking 2 full-time husband & wife teams to serve as Teaching Parents. Our program is a ministry of Christian based rearing in homes run as normal to family daily life for these children to experience and learn from. The homes are located on our beautiful ranch in Southern West Virginia, where four true seasons are experienced. Our horses that roam the ranch are used in Egala Equine Therapy as well with our program.
These are live-in positions, 5 days of 24-hour shifts. We offer great pay and benefits. Our benefits package also includes employer provided health insurance for each employee (husband and wife) after a 90 day probationary period. Vacation & sick time is available as well. Personal housing can be provided for your days off duty, if needed, as part of the benefits package.
Only Serious Candidates need apply. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment, as well as being cleared by a state and federal background investigation that the employer will pay for.
