GROUP DIRECTORS NEEDED IN ALL 50 STATES!

 

Join the AHLI team! AHLI is a leading Christian homestay and educational organization headquartered in PA. Due to group program demand, we are looking for Group Program Directors in all states within the USA.

 

This unique and contractual position offers qualified Christian candidates to become self-employed, work from a home office and have flexible hours. Ideal candidates need to be self-motivated, have experience working in a cross-cultural environment and experience working with youth, be organized, able to delegate and meet deadlines.

 

Responsibilities include: recruiting, orienting and screening Christian host families for placement for international students to participate in short term (1 week to 2 months) programs.

 

Duties include reserving educational facilities for ELL classes and activities, hiring and training your own subcontractors, arranging group activities and logistics, coordinate billing and invoicing through AHLI, conflict resolution, liaison and the ability to obtain evaluations for the continued success of the group program.

AHLI was founded by Marvin and Ruth Powers and became an official Non-profit 501C3 Corporation in 1992. AHLI has been in business for 25 years. AHLI provides international students with an opportunity to experience the love of Christ while they stay in the homes of warm, caring Christian host families. International students arrive in the USA with a tentative itinerary prepared by AHLI and you, the Group Director. These itineraries can include, cultural trips, activities, leadership experiences and high school immersion opportunities within your home state. The Group Director will then make all the necessary arrangements and reservations for directing the group program. We offer training and access to all necessary on-line programs for each Group Director. Group Directors are contracted and paid through AHLI, they are not employees and do not have health insurance benefits. Group Directors work within the state where they live and they are self-employed on a part-time basis.
