The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Director in providing all administrative services to the office by leading and managing the Corporate Services Department, as required within the framework of CV Mission and CV Vision statement. They will ideally have a background in business with a solid understanding of a large, national, multi-national, and/or global organizational structure.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and a results-oriented contributor who is intrinsically motivated. Excellence is a core attribute of the organization, and the next Operations Manager will add value to this component in all aspects of his responsibilities. This individual will have a high capacity to handle multi-faceted projects and lead people simultaneously. They will offer strategic foresight, as well as systematic execution and implementation to processes surrounding operations.
A four-year degree in accounting or business is required for this position. The scope of skills/experience required for this role will include:
