Data Analysis: Crunch our results and chart our progress. Look for anomalies, red flags, and testing opportunities. Look at historical unsub rates from 2014 to 2015 for NNH and a 6 month time frame for GeneSmart.
Competitive Analysis: Find out best practices and benchmarks for what's working with our marketing, websites, and eletters. Also, how we stack up to our competitors.
Marketing Copy: Review copy and also come up with new subject line and headlines to test.
Testimonials: A core part of building trust, brainstorm ways to actively request and collect testimonials.
Lists: Based on the research look for lists that are similar to ours or that fit the profile of our readers.
Content: Look at our newsletters for any suggestions on new content ideas or ads. Look at how they are performing by supplement.
Facebook & Social Media: Develop a basic content and advertising strategy and implement it.
