Editorial Internship

 

Qualifications:

  • superior attention to detail 
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • previous proofing/editing experience a plus but not necessary

 

Duties:

  • indexing
  • fact-checking manuscripts
  • functioning as a second copy editor for manuscripts
  • taking charge of formatting, copy editing, and checking layout for new editions of re-keyed Regnery books 
  • assisting with filing/paperwork
