Marketing Manager
We are a fast-growing financial newsletter publisher that seeks an aggressive, hard-working, entrepreneurial-spirited individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager – a new position as a result of our growth.
The right candidate will be a results-oriented direct marketer with strong analytical skills, multi-tasking capabilities, can work with marketing copy, and has the ability to take a project and run with it on your own. Knowledge of newsletter publishing and/or the stock market are a strong plus. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience.
The right candidate will team with many departments and people on executing revenue-producing projects and marketing tests to ensure our company succeeds during our aggressive growth initiatives. You will be responsible for owning these initiatives and executing them from start to finish. Sample projects are: creating marketing funnels to optimize response rates in digital marketing; analyzing open rates to our email campaigns and editorial content and coming up with ways to keep the customers engaged based on those findings; testing what types of offers work best to certain customers; and many more that are on our list (which once you get into it, you’ll be recommending many new initiatives too!).
The ultimate goal of this newly-created position is to increase the company’s revenue as a direct result of these projects.
