Administative Assistant - SRN News
- Prepares, disseminates and maintains records of all administrative correspondence under the direction of the Bureau Chief.
- Answers, screen, routes, and manages all incoming phone calls to the Newsroom to the appropriate person or office. If required, takes memos, directs calls to the appropriate individuals or directs the calls to voicemail.
- Maintains, files and stores technical documentation for Newsroom equipment and software, under the direction of the Chief Engineer.
- Monitors and identifies Newsroom email inquiries for clarification, complaints and information to the Bureau Chief.
Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet
Flexible, team-minded individual with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable with juggling multiple tasks and able to adapt to a changing environment.
Excellent communication and people skills.
