Morrison & Company is northern California’s largest business consulting firm focused on the needs of small to mid-sized companies. We seek an innovative accounting and finance professional to join our advisory team to help serve our clients. A strong accounting/financial skillset is required but most important is a rounded and holistic business focus and the desire and ability to serve as a trusted advisor. Food, agribusiness, processing, manufacturing, and/or CPG industry experience a plus but not required. An accounting degree is preferred, CPA a plus, but we are not a CPA firm.

We know you have a life, and we approve. We have our busy stretches but work to make those the exception rather than the rule. We will turn down projects that require extensive travel; our team members do little or no overnight travel.
Since we focus on filling advisory and service needs that don’t always fit into neat boxes, we look for people with the core technical competencies plus things you can’t teach, like a service focus and project management skills. The rest we provide with in-house training, mentoring, and outside continuing professional education. You bring the talent and drive, we’ll help with the rest.
