Glen Mar Church Minister for Youth and Young Adults
Job summary:
The Minister for Youth and Young Adults, serves the Middle School through College population in the church. Minister has oversight and responsibility for the programs and ministries; and all related activities of community life which disciples young people in 6th grade through college and their families.

With supervision from the Pastor for Community Life, the minister in this position will be able to administer, oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and equipping of leadership for a comprehensive ministry for young people middle school through college and their families. This minister will primarily develop and implement the ministry of the local church to invite youth, young adults and families into relationship with Jesus Christ and help them grow into his likeness for the transformation of the world.

This minister relates to other age-level ministers and staff, and is a member of the staff team shepherded by the Pastor for Community Life, as well as the church staff team led by the Lead Pastor.
