The Chief Financial Officer reports to the CEO, and works regularly with the Leadership Team heads; Director of Customer Loyalty, Pharmacy Team Lead, and Clinical Respiratory Team Lead. The CFO will directly supervise the Reimbursement Team Lead (AR), the Bookkeeper (AP) and work closely with the Logistics Team Lead and Executive Coordinator under the direction of the Governing Board.
The CFO will produce timely, accurate and compliant financial planning and reporting. The CFO will establish and lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing budget management activities in conjunction with the strategic plan for the calendar year. The CFO will create and lead a high performance team that will support the merger and ongoing success of all company financial and related administrative activities. The CFO will be a full business partner with the CEO in creating and sustaining a healthy organization that stays on mission while generating adequate return on investment for the shareholders.
