Client Bio:

Lifelinechild.org exists to equip the body of Christ to manifest the gospel to vulnerable children. They equip the body through 4 key areas: Adoption, Foster-Care, International Orphan Care and Counseling. 

 

The State Director will focus on advancing God’s gospel through building new relationships, generating revenue through fundraising, and leading a team of social service personnel.

Job Responsibilities 
  • Leading and Discipling a 9-12 member staff throughout the state of Georgia 
  • Building new relationships with churches, businesses
  • Developing new funding sources in the state through churches, businesses and individuals.
  • Raising monthly awareness and advocate for the fatherless through conferences, events and other avenues
  • Recruiting new adoptive families
  • Partnering with the Georgia Board of Directors to network and resource Georgia connections
  • Managing relationships with key influencers
Experience 
Must successfully complete appropriate FireSeeds Selection Process
Commitment to client’s Mission Statement
Networking, Fundraising/Business Development and/or Ministry experience are all beneficial
Bachelor’s Degree with two years working experience (minimum)
*Master’s Degree is a plus
 
Compensation 
First Year: $50k - $80k (based on experience) Health and Dental Insurance, 403b, Disability, Vision Insurance (optional); Family Coverage (Optional) 
Year 2+: Upside for advancement (Based on ability to perform) 
10 Vacation Days; 48 hours sick (annually)
 
Office Hours 

8am - 5pm, Monthly/Weekly Networking Meetings (may occur during the evening or some weekends) *50% travel between in-house and out-of-house meetings. (Travel to be done during normal office hours)
