Responsibilities of Role:
• Captain of the member/guest experience with the store team, maintaining a productive, collaborative, and clean environment for all co-workers.
• Direct all strategic or tactical changes that impact the operation or the team, and lead the implementation of goals, processes, and policies as instructed by Roam’s leadership.
• Maintain records on all accounting, payroll, and sales management systems, including the store’s budget and profits/losses.
• Maintain a collaborative partnership with all sales personnel to increase efficiencies and revenues.
• Administer the Leadership Development Guide for all team members and hold team members accountable to the completion of all planned activities and scheduled review sessions.
• Host participative and learning-oriented weekly operations meetings in order to develop the team and grow the business.
• Create team and store-based goals to drive corporate strategy.
Facilitate strategic planning and goal setting at the team level in alignment with the corporate strategy.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (metro area)
Compensation:
First year total: $45-55k (based on experience)
Second year: Base + profit sharing opportunity
Third year plus: Upside for advancement with company expansion
