HELP WANTED
Position: Chief Financial Officer with SEND International
Location: Farmington, MI
Key Responsibility: Provide oversight and administration to all aspects of SEND USA’s financial activities including budgeting, reporting, asset management, and corporate insurance.
Key Result: Effective, disciplined income/cost planning together with monthly monitoring that result in the sustained financial health of the organization.
Opportunity to serve God’s people around the world:
• Have an active role in the Great Commission
• Facilitate the establishing of reproducing churches through over 500 missionaries in more than 20 countries around the world
• Help bring the gospel to people who have never heard
• Maintain systems that comply with standards of regulatory agencies
• Prepare and manage an annual operational budget ($3,000,000)
• Be on the cutting edge of what God is doing around the world
Are you qualified? Here are some helpful characteristics:
• Desire significance through involvement in the Great Commission
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance – MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in financial management and accounting
• Strong financial reporting skills, both internally and externally
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills
