Walk Thru the Bible is seeking its next Vice President of Advancement (VP Advancement) who will provide dynamic leadership and direction to resource development and fundraising efforts in support of its mission.
Walk Thru The Bible offers a truly unique presentation of God’s Word by bringing the stories to life in an exciting, engaging and entertaining way. The live events give participants an understanding of how all the people, places and events fit into God’s perfect story, the Bible.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and take the gifting resources of Walk Thru The Bible to the next level. For nearly 40 years Walk Thru The Bible has been providing transformative, tangible experiences for people across the world seeking to better understand God’s Word. The right candidate will, first and foremost, exhibit and practice Biblical principles while showcasing a number of diverse talents such as strategic planning, fiduciary understanding, communications and marketing skills and developing and fostering relationships with current and potential donors.
Reporting to the President/CEO, the VP Advancement will be responsible for shaping Walk Thru The Bible’s (WTTB) resource development strategy, directing departmental staff and working with WTTB’s senior administrative staff and Board of Directors to oversee strategic planning, fiduciary responsibilities, communication and marketing planning and cultivation of fundraising relationships. The new VP Advancement should possess the experience, skills and ability to function successfully across a broad, diverse and international landscape in which WTTB operates. He/She will represent WTTB with the utmost character and have values in-line with our organization’s values and Biblical principles.
