Job Description:

An exciting opportunity is available at Clinton Christian School (CCS) for a skilled Admissions/Recruitment and Retention Associate.  The role is at the forefront of recruiting new students and families, as well as, assisting in retaining current students. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop relationships with community organizations to recruit new families
  • Develop and nurture relationships to retain current families
  • Maintain accurate enrollment records and student data
  • Data entry of new family information
  • Manage and maintain scheduling for family tours, entrance examinations, and Principal interviews with potential families
  • Develop and implement an ongoing marketing plan for CCS

 

Desired Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Prior admissions and recruiting experience is a plus
  • Must be a Christian
