The President of Sandy Cove Ministries is responsible for the overall leadership of the ministry including vision, strategic planning, and execution of the mission in order to impact lives for Jesus Christ. Must be a mature Christian; have a passion for and a call to Christian conference, camping, and retreat ministry; and have a track record of effective spiritual leadership. The successful candidate will have significant experience in representing a ministry as a spiritual ambassador to its constituency and staff; experience in adapting strategic planning and vision in response to changes in our culture; and experience recognizing mission opportunities.
